MONEY RELATED HELP
Personal Capital: I use Personal Capital to track all my finances. It’s a great site that organizes and displays all of your financial accounts which can inform you on what you are spending on the most. They display easy to read graphs and charts so you can better understand where your money is going which can help you save money by cutting spending on things you really don’t need. You can track your net worth, your cash flow, your portfolio, your investments, and more. I’ve mentioned Personal Capital in a previous article about how to become a better saver. Check it out here.
Ally Invest: I use Ally Invest for all my individual stock trading. They charge the lowest trading fees around at only $4.95 per trade and they require no account minimum. They also offer a wide range of self directed and managed investment products at among the industry’s lowest fees. I’ve mentioned Ally Invest in my previous post about investments that can make you rich. Check it out here.
CIT Bank: I use CIT Bank for my emergency fund. They are an online bank that currently gives one of the best returns for your money at 1.35%. They are FDIC insured for cash balances up to $250K. I have mentioned CIT bank in a previous post about where to put your emergency fund. Check it out here.
Credit Sesame: I use Credit Sesame to check on my credit score for free. You can also use them to find the best credit cards, mortgage rates and loans. Your credit score is very important because it will affect the rates you get on a mortgage, car loan and employers can even check on your credit worthiness when you apply for a job.
